Jacqueline Weisbein, DO, is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional pain physician based in Napa, California, where she practices with Napa Valley Orthopaedic Medical Group as part of the Providence Medical Network, affiliated with Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center. Within the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience (ASPN), she serves in an Ex Officio capacity as Advisor to the President and Chairman, and has previously held the role of Vice President of Diversity for the society. She is board certified in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Dr. Weisbein earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation — including a term as chief resident — at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and completed fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Her clinical practice centers on interventional pain management, spine and musculoskeletal medicine, neuropathic pain syndromes, and implantable neuromodulation devices, including spinal cord stimulation. She has performed more than 100,000 procedures over the course of her career and is recognized among the top implant physicians in the country, training other physicians and fellows in device implantation and management. She was a co-investigator on the DISTINCT study, a multicenter randomized controlled trial on passive recharge burst spinal cord stimulation for refractory low back pain published in Neuromodulation, and has contributed to ASPN best-practice guidelines on the interventional management of cancer-associated pain and the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorders.

Beyond ASPN, Dr. Weisbein serves as President of the Society of Women Innovators in Pain Management (a founding and lifetime board member), Chairwoman of Women in Neuromodulation for the North American Neuromodulation Society, and on the Board of Directors and membership committee of the Pacific Spine and Pain Society.
