Kelsey Gustafson, MD
Member, Young Innovators
Kelsey Gustafson, MD, serves as a Co-Chair of the Young Innovators Committee of the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN), the society’s platform for the mentorship, networking, and professional development of its early-career members. She leads the committee alongside Vinny Francio, Anuj Shah, and Yussr Ibrahim.
Dr. Gustafson is a physician in the anesthesiology residency program at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She completed her undergraduate studies at South Dakota State University and earned her medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. Through her work with ASPN, she supports the mentorship, education, and professional-development initiatives of the Young Innovators Committee, which guides a council of early-career physicians across efforts in research, mentorship, membership, and education.
