Job Description
Founded in 2022 by Dr Michael Esposito, Interventional Spine and Pain Institute is an established Interventional Pain Management practice with locations throughout the Space and Treasure Coasts. We are seeking a full time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician for our Vero Beach, FL location. Candidate must have excellent bedside manner, time management skills and be looking for long-term employment in an outpatient clinical setting. The position will provide a variety of pain management care options, services and therapies and also requires a variety of clinical and technical skills including coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, management and follow up of pain patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various interventional procedures.
Position offers a competitive base salary guarantee year 1 with variable incentives and unlimited earnings potential (over $700,000), PTO, CME time/allowance allocations, with potential profit sharing and ASC partnership tracks. Clinic hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday. Relocation and/or sign on bonus considerations, if applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Residency training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred
Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine
Proficiency with fluoroscopic or ultrasound-guided procedures
Active Florida medical license
Valid DEA license
Familiarity with modern electronic health record systems
Strong knowledge of interventional pain techniques and pharmacologic management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience managing complex pain conditions preferred

Competitive base salary ($350,000+) with productivity-based commission structure
