ASPN PAIN 2026 is built around one idea: Intelligence Meets Human Insight, where data and discovery unite to transform patient care. The working agenda shows exactly how that comes to life across four packed days at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, July 16 to 19, 2026.
Open the agenda to preview sessions across minimally invasive spine, neuromodulation, artificial intelligence, ablative therapies, regenerative medicine, policy and advocacy, and practice leadership. You will also see hands on training opportunities, curated networking, and signature events that make the meeting feel like a community, not just a schedule.
