Job Description
Carolinas Pain Institute is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy, dynamic, and patient-centered pain management practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated APP to step into a well-supported role as we prepare for the retirement of a highly valued clinician.
This position is based in a comprehensive pain management office (single-site) and is ideal for an APP who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and works well in close collaboration with physicians and clinical teammates.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active license to practice in North Carolina
Experience preferred but not required. Candidates with prior clinical experience in any of the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:
- Pain management
- Orthopedics
- Neurosurgery
- Spine care and musculoskeletal medicine
Strong candidates from other specialties are welcome, particularly those eager to learn and develop in interventional and multidisciplinary pain care.
