Immediate Opportunity Available: Precision Pain Care is a small interventional pain management practice seeking experienced providers to evaluate new and established pain management patients. Provider will be expected to perform in office procedures such as Botox injections for migraine, trigger point injections, major joint injections and to manage medications. Expertise in interventional pain procedures is required in order to assess patients who would benefit from interventional spine procedures such as epidural steroid injections, radio frequency ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulators, and advanced pain therapies.
Duties include taking patient’s history, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests and procedures, and provide care and management for patients with chronic and acute pain.
Seeking candidates with experience in interventional pain management, neurosurgery, or orthopedics, neurology/pain or physical medicine.

Requirements:
- TN license
- DEA license
- minimum 2 -3 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or physical medicine.
- Salary range is dependent upon full or part time and experience level

Essential Responsibilities:

Interpret/order appropriate lab work and imaging studies

Market practice to referring physicians
Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with clinical and administrative staff
Medication management and interventional procedures such as performing ESI, MBB, RFA, and Spinal Cord Stimulation trial
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program with fellowship training
South Carolina and North Carolina License and or ability to obtain licenses with a current license in good standing
The qualified candidate will be experienced or willing to train on procedures such as MILD, Vertiflex, SI Fusion, Kyphoplasty, DRG, SCS, PNS, and more
Must be comfortable prescribing chronic opiatic therapy
Willingness to travel to various locations Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Medicine. No Board sanctions in the last five (5) years
