Job Description
Villa Pain Institute is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join the practice as a partner with no buy-in in El Paso, Texas.
This is an opportunity to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary pain practice with an established patient base and strong referral pipeline, currently seeing approximately 200 new patients per month.
The practice includes a collaborative team of specialists, including:
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician
- Podiatrist
- Orthopedic surgeon (shoulder and knee)
New fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician
- Board eligible or board certified in Pain Medicine
- Background in PM&R or Anesthesiology preferred
- Strong procedural skills in interventional pain management
- Ability to learn and adopt new treatment modalities
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical growth
