United Spine & Pain is seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to join its physician-owned practice in Pensacola, Florida.
This is an opportunity to work in an independent, physician-led environment with no private equity or hospital system involvement. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care and offers strong growth potential for physicians interested in long-term partnership.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in interventional procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulator trials.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform interventional pain procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans using pharmacologic and interventional approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Travel to satellite offices as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Residency training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
- Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine
- Active Florida medical license
- Valid DEA license
- Strong knowledge of interventional pain techniques and pharmacologic management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience managing complex pain conditions preferred
